What messages you will receive

Recurring automated and conversational text messages about the request you submitted to us. Depending on which form you used, that means:

• Follow-up on a property you asked us to make a cash offer on
• Updates on an offer, walkthrough, inspection, or closing already in progress
• Answers to a question you sent us through the website
• Off-market deal alerts matching the buy box you gave us, if you joined our buyer list

How to opt in

Opting in takes two deliberate steps on the same form. There is no other way to be added — we never buy, rent, or import phone lists, and we never text a number that was given to someone else.

1. Enter your mobile number in the phone field of the opt-in form on this page (or of the Sell With Us form, the Contact form, or our buyer list signup form).
2. Check the box labeled "Check this box to opt in to text messages from VE Elevate Real Estate Investments," which sits directly beneath the phone field, and then submit the form. The box is unchecked by default, and checking it is what enrolls you.

If you submit a form without checking that box, you have not opted in and we will not text you — we will reply by email or phone instead. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying, selling, or receiving an offer from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month. Most people receive only a handful of messages tied to their specific inquiry. Buyer list members may receive recurring messages as new off-market deals come in.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to every message you send or receive, depending on your mobile plan. VE Elevate does not charge you anything for these messages. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan covers.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop texting you. You will receive one final confirmation that the opt-out went through, and nothing after that. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing deals@veelevateinvestments.com. These opt-out instructions are shown next to the consent checkbox on every form before you opt in, and again in the first message we send you.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Full terms are in our SMS Terms. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
