This is not a subscription service with a fixed schedule — messages are conversational and tied to your inquiry.
We only text you if you gave us your mobile number and took an affirmative action to opt in. There is no other way to be added to our messaging program — we never buy, rent, or import phone lists, and we never text a number that was given to a third party rather than to us.

The checkbox is optional and is never pre-checked. Submitting a form without checking it means you have not opted in, and we will not text you — we will reply by phone or email instead. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying, selling, or receiving an offer from us.

Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month, based on your conversation with us and what you signed up for. Most people receive only a handful of messages related to their specific inquiry. Buyer list members may receive recurring messages as new off-market deals come in.
There is no charge from VE Elevate for these messages, but message and data rates may apply to every message you send or receive, depending on your mobile plan. This disclosure is also shown on every form where you can opt in, next to the consent checkbox. Check with your carrier if you're unsure what your plan covers.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop texting you. You'll get one confirmation message letting you know the opt-out went through, and nothing after that. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing deals@veelevateinvestments.com.
These opt-out instructions are shown to you before you opt in, not only afterward: the STOP keyword and this email address appear next to the consent checkbox on every form where text messages can be requested, and in the first message we send you.
Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone contact — let us know if you'd like to stop those too.

All other categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information is not shared with any third parties for any purpose.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and coverage, and we can't guarantee that every message arrives.
